OUR STORY
Built by Pilates professionals
Founded in September 2022, we launched in direct response to a significant shift happening across the UK. Reformer Pilates was growing fast, boutique studios were opening nationwide, and a new generation of studio founders was entering the space — passionate about Pilates, but navigating a complex and evolving industry without a dedicated support system behind them. We built that support system.

We bring something no generalist agency or business consultancy can offer: a genuine understanding of what makes a Pilates studio work. Not just operationally, but culturally. We understand the difference between a teacher who is qualified and a teacher who is the right fit. Since 2024, we've worked with studios across the UK — supporting founders at every stage, from concept through to opening and beyond. We help studios build strong foundations: the right team, the right systems, compliant operations, and a clear commercial strategy. Because we believe sustainable, professionally-run studios are better for instructors, better for clients, and better for the long-term health of the industry.
