As a committed leader in the field of personalised healthcare, Jessica's mission is to contribute in a way that's meaningful, helping individuals build resilience, protect their microbiome, and beat inflammation, all while keeping things friendly, professional, and utterly relatable.

She's particularly passionate about shining a light on how we can prevent and has crafted the Gut Hormone Connection course to help women find harmony between their gut and hormone health, building a supportive and understanding community along the way.
