The Role

We're seeking a dynamic Recruiter/Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a flexible zero hours contract basis. This role offers excellent earning potential with a competitive hourly rate plus commission bonuses for successful placements.

This is a unique opportunity to work in the wellness industry while building your income through both hourly pay and performance-based rewards. The flexible nature of the contract means you can scale your involvement based on your availability and career goals.

As our Recruiter, you'll be the vital link between talented instructors and the studios that need them. You'll play a key role in our mission to elevate the Pilates industry by ensuring the right people find the right opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

• Identify and attract top-tier Pilates instructors through various channels

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates

• Conduct initial screenings and interviews with prospective instructors

• Head-hunt exceptional talent in the fitness and wellness space

Client Relationship Management

• Work closely with studio owners and managers to understand their specific needs

• Match qualified instructors with suitable opportunities

• Maintain ongoing communication throughout the placement process

• Ensure both parties are satisfied with the matching process

Marketing & Outreach

• Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment materials

• Manage job postings across multiple platforms and social media channels

• Develop creative recruitment campaigns to attract quality candidates

• Help build and maintain our online presence and brand reputation

Administrative Excellence

• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to final placement

• Collect and organise pre-hire documentation and requirements

• Maintain accurate records and databases of candidates and clients

• Handle sensitive information in compliance with GDPR and privacy regulations

• Utilise our project management systems (Monday.com) to track progress and deadlines

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (any industry)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Pilates, fitness, wellness, or related industries

• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms

• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital recruitment strategies

• Understanding of the Pilates industry and instructor qualifications
