At Pilates Class, we’re passionate about creating meaningful connections between wellness, community, and giving back. That’s why each year we proudly support World Wellness Weekend and sponsor The Lewis Foundation.
What is World Wellness Weekend?
World Wellness Weekend is a global initiative designed to inspire healthier lifestyles and encourage people to celebrate the five pillars of wellness: purpose, sleep, nutrition, movement, and mindfulness.
Our founder and CEO, Bethan Dando, is proud to be the UK Ambassador for World Wellness Weekend. For the past three years, she has worked to merge the celebration of wellness with fundraising efforts to support The Lewis Foundation, a charity that provides free gifts and care packs to cancer patients in hospitals across the UK.
Growing Support in Wales
This year, more Welsh businesses than ever have joined the movement, bringing wellness into the heart of their communities and helping raise awareness for a brilliant cause. It’s inspiring to see the power of collaboration and the difference we can make together.
Join Us – Social Walk in Bute Park, Cardiff
To round off a September packed with wellness events, we’re hosting a relaxed social meet and walk in Bute Park, Cardiff. It’s open to all levels (and furry friends too!), so whether you’re looking for gentle movement, fresh air, or simply connection, you’re welcome to join us.
📍 Meeting Point: Brodie’s Café, Bute Park, Cardiff
📅 Date: Sunday 28th September
☕ Coffee from 10:00 AM
🚶 Walk begins around 10:30 AM
Don’t worry if you’re running late – this is not an organised event. It’s meant to be light, social, and stress-free. The park is beautiful, and you can enjoy the walk as a family at your own pace, even if we’ve wandered ahead.
Parking Information
Brodie’s Café is located inside Bute Park, right in the city centre. Street parking is limited, so we recommend using one of Cardiff’s public car parks nearby:
Cardiff Castle Car Park
Cardiff Queen Street Central Car Park
St David’s 2 Car Park
