We’re Hiring: Recruiter / Recruitment Coordinator

 Remote: Part-Time (10 hours/week) : Pilates Industry

At Pilates Class Agency, we specialise in connecting exceptional Pilates instructors with studios, events, and wellness businesses that need them. We work behind the scenes to ensure every placement feels like the perfect match — thoughtful, tailored, and impactful.

We’re expanding and looking for a recruiter with strong knowledge of the Pilates industry, particularly in London. Ideally, you’ll already have existing connections within the London Pilates community and understand the subtleties of what makes a great instructor fit within a studio or teaching environment.

This is a remote, flexible position, but due to the nature of the role, we would prefer candidates who are based in London or have deep ties to the area.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Understanding our clients’ needs and finding the right Pilates teachers to match them.

• Creating and posting engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms and channels.

• Sourcing and headhunting exceptional teaching talent.

• Managing candidate communications from first enquiry through to placement.

• Collecting pre-hire documentation and managing the recruitment admin process (full training provided).

• Ensuring data is handled responsibly and in line with GDPR guidelines.

• Supporting creative recruitment campaigns and contributing to our online presence.

• Keeping recruitment activity organised and moving forward using Monday.com (training provided if needed).

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has existing connections within the London Pilates scene, or strong knowledge of the local industry.

• Brings experience in recruitment, fitness, wellness, or the Pilates industry itself.

• Communicates clearly and professionally, building trust with both clients and candidates.

• Is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.

• Is tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and Email.

• Has experience with platforms like Monday.com or similar (helpful, but not essential).

• Takes pride in their work and understands the importance of a positive candidate experience.
